Why these jobs need an assessment
A green pool can be caused by more than a lack of chlorine. Filtration, circulation, debris, stabilizer level, water age, equipment condition, and the length of time the pool has been neglected all affect the recovery plan.
Drain and calcium work also require judgment. Arizona heat, groundwater risk, the condition of the surface, and the amount of mineral buildup can change what is safe and worthwhile.
